This is a little tip I thought up. It's no big deal, it's actually very simple, but it can be cool at times. Things in the procedure listed in green can be done differently. Try doing it exactly this way the first time, just so you understand what this tip does.
1. In an RGB document, type some big text in black.
2. In the Red channel, use the Offset filter with the settings (5,5).
3. In the Green channel, use the Offset filter with the settings (-5,0).
4. In the Blue channel, use the Offset filter with the settings (0,5).
5. Now switch back to the RGB channel and check out this weird effect:
 
Tiplet: try using the technique above on the warp speed effect described in issue 1.
Of course, there are many other options, like using the CMYK channel instead:

And of course, you aren't limited to just the offset filter!
